Flexya Hemodialysis System
Addressing diversity among dialysis patients is a key challenge. The Flexya hemodialysis system goes beyond standard hemodialysis. Real-time monitoring with biofeedback and advanced therapies, powered by Flexya, deliver customizable treatments to match your patients’ needs.
Designed for therapies. Powered by you.
Flexya offers the following treatment modes:
- Hemodialysis (HD)
- Hemofiltration (HF)
- Hemodiafiltration (HDF)
- Hemodiafiltration with endogenous reinfusion (HFR)
Available in single or double vascular access mode.

Advanced therapies
The next generation of hemodiafiltration.
Designed to replicate a healthy kidney
Hemodiafiltration with endogenous reinfusion (Supra HFR) is an advanced alternative to hemodiafiltration online for patients with several comorbidities, aiming at:
- Meaningful removal of large molecular weight and protein-bound toxins1,2
- Beneficial molecules preservation5
- Improvement of inflammatory conditions1,2,4
Supra HFR marks a significant step in the evolution of hemodialysis for a variety of patients, especially those with inflammation,1,2,4 autoimmune disease,3 and poor nutritional status.5
Personalized hemodynamic balance
Supra HFR Aequilibrium is Supra HFR with the addition of the Natrium sensor, which provides osmotic balance biofeedback. This solution benefits dialysis patients with comorbidities such as:
- Cardiovascular instability6,7
- Sodium imbalance6,7
Automatica™ BL500 bloodlines
Automatica™ BL500 bloodlines help streamline setup for dialysis treatments:
- Improved automation includes cassette positioning, pump segment loading, “one-button” priming, and the air removal procedure
- The use of Automatica™ BL500 bloodlines reduces the number of set-up steps needed to prepare the machine up to 40 percent (compared to standard hemodialysis systems)8
Liquid hemodialysis concentrates
We offer the following options:
- LYMPHA™ – Acetate-free liquid hemodialysis concentrate with glucose
- ACIDFLEX – Liquid hemodialysis acid concentrate with glucose
