Advancing on our path to independence, Mozarc Medical is proud to announce updates to our business operations. On October 28, 2024, the Medtronic Renal Care Solutions (dialysis access) product portfolio officially moved into new vendor management under Mozarc Medical, LLC., for all U.S. customers — effectively separating ordering systems from Medtronic.
U.S. Customer Actions Needed
- Update facility systems with Mozarc Medical, LLC., as a new vendor (see W9 here or contact our customer care team for full banking details)
- Address all dialysis access Procurement Orders (PO) and invoices to Mozarc Medical, LLC.
